'This is my all time favourite song from the time the movie was released . I never thought i will prepare a Dance Fitness routine on this. Last year i was approached by Cult to teach 4 episodes of dance fitness sessions then i prepared this song may be just in 10 mins . I had fun doing this song along with my daughter while creating a rough video as a reference so that i don\'t forget my own routine as i had 30 more songs to choreograph in 24 hrs . I was my personal record that i prepared 38 songs in 24 hours . later  I taught this choreography in one of my Online Dance Fitness Workshop and my students and participants loved it . but never got a right time to record this . Finally my Trip to Ludhiana made me do this with my talented boys Rishi and Jerry .  I chose easy to follow moves so that anyone can dance .  I use this routine i use as a High Cardio in my one hr playlist which helps in bring the heart high and allows the body to pep up  and prepare to challenge the upcoming toning routines .This track is super energetic song so i tried to keep the moves bit challenging .... and the boys absolutely nailed it  .
